~NO RETURN POLICY~

Please choose your items carefully and make sure to read all descriptions before purchasing or if you have any questions before purchasing please feel free to send me a message.
The ONLY reason I would accept a return item is if I have sent you the wrong item.

I pack my orders securely and with care. After I have sent my orders out then unfortunately it is out of my hands what happens to the item. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

If anything arrives broken please immediately take a photo and let me know, I am happy to work something out with you.

I am based in Australia, and I use Australia Post to ship all items out. Once payment has cleared, I will ship your item out next business day. I do not ship on Weekends, or public holidays. If based in Australia it will usually take 1 - 2 weeks to receive your item providing no delays with Australia Post. Unfortunately, in some cases it can take longer. If this happens, please send me a message and I will follow it up for you. 
If shipped outside of Australia please allow 2 - 5 weeks for items to arrive depending on where you are located and if there are no delays or problems with the carrier.

Please check that your country does not charge Import Duties and Taxes upon arriving into your country as this is out of my hands and you the customer are responsible for any fees and duty taxes applied.

Please check and make sure your shipping details are correct before accepting and paying for order.

All personal information you send including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email, phone number are treated in privacy and will not be shared with anyone else.
